Engaged Learning Model

What is this?

I created this graphic to help teachers design learner-friendly presentation activities in the classroom. According to John Medina’s BrainRules, an audience’s attention span is about 10 minutes. At this point, the presenter needs to recalibrate before continuing with the presentation.  This cycle can be repeated numerous times, but it is best to take a longer break every 50 minutes. Maybe we could have students change classes?  What an interesting idea :)
